Any purchases made by you from our website
are governed by these terms & conditions
Agreement
Maxi Audio cannot accept your order until you
have paid for it in full.
Upon payment, Maxi Audio will confirm acceptance
of your order by email which will be sent to the
email address you provide to us.
We are a trade supplier and all the products we
sell are for "Professional Use Only".
Consumer regulations including the "distance-selling
regulations" do not apply to any sale from
Maxi Audio.
Methods Of Payment
We accept all credit cards: Delta, Visa, MasterCard,
Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron, echeque.
Payable through: Protx.

Methods Of Ordering
Maxi Audio : Order On-line Only.
Orders processed before 3pm Mon-Fri are
normally dispatched the same day.
Delivery would normally take 1-2 working
days but in most cases, within 24hours.
Delivery to more remote areas may take an extra
day or two.
Alternative
Delivery Addresses
Should you choose the option to have your purchase
delivered to an alternative address we will require
at least 24 hours to verify your payment and in
all cases we will contact you by phone, if contact
by phone is not available we will not ship your
order until you contact us yourselves.
Shipping Costs
(UK Mainland Only) £6.99 for all UK orders
(not including highlands
of scotland) and
subject to any additional bulky carriage charges.
We will contact you should any additional bulky
carriage charge apply, at which point you will
have the opportunity to cancel the order if you
so wish.
Standard £29.99 charge to: Northern Ireland,
Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands. Channel
Islands, Shetland etc may vary.
Some large weighted orders may require a pallet,
you will be contacted with additional shipping
costs if this happens.
Standard Pallet Costs from £70.00.
All deliveries are made by courier and will need
to be signed for, so if you have a preferred day
for delivery, please make a note of this in the
comments box at checkout. If no-one is in at time
of delivery, they will leave a card to say that
they have tried to deliver. You can then contact
them directly to arrange a convenient time to
re-deliver or to collect from their depot.
All deliveries must be signed for!
Once delivered, the goods will become
your property and your responsibility and Maxi
Audio will not accept any liability for loss damage
or destruction to the items you purchase from
our website. You will be asked to sign for your
goods, on which you are responsible for checking
your items before you sign. On signing, you are
accepting that all items have been received and
in good condition or what you previously agreed
to through our terms & conditions. If the
courier will not wait for you to check the goods
you must notify the courier company of this. Please
be aware that Maxi Audio does not and will not
take any responsibility for goods that have been
signed for in good order and accepted by you,
they become your property and we are no longer
a party to them.
If you cannot check the
product(s) when delivered, you must sign as 'UNCHECKED'
. Failure to do so may affect any warranty you
may have in the future.
PLEASE READ
What we are trying to say is if the parcel
looks like it is damaged or you feel something may
not be right with the appearance of the package
in general, please check the contents before you
sign for it, if the courier will not allow you to
check the contents, then they must allow you to
sign as damaged or you must sign as unchecked as
any claim you may have with them once you have signed
for it in good order will be void. All products
are sent in perfect condition and well packed, if
they arrive with damaged packaging, there may be
a chance that the contents are not as they should
be, so signing to say they are in good order, means
exactly that and neither the courier nor ourselves
can help you with any claim or replacements. In
general all purchases do arrive in good order we
just don’t want any of our customers to lose
out just because the courier is in a rush or you
don’t have the time or inclination the check
your goods.
Having said all that you can always call us on
01942 799492 and what ever the problem may be
we will always try to help you and resolve any
problems you may have, maxi audio is not a company
that leaves the customer to guess what’s
coming next, we will do that for you.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after
it has been placed, simply send us an email us
explaining what you wish to change.
If your order has already been processed, you
will not be able to modify or change your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Return
shipping back to us is the sole responsibility
of the customer. Once your exchange is received
you will receive an email confirming your exchange.
You will be charged the same shipping rate you
originally were charged in order to reship your
exchange back to you, unless shipping was free,
in which case a charge of £6.99 will be
required plus any additional bulky carriage charges.
You agree to pay a 20% restocking fee on all exchanges
received.
RETURNS POLICY
Need to Return a product? Satisfying our customers
is a business philosophy that we respect, practice,
and emphasize in our business.
To return a product you'll need to request a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
This can be done by contacting our service department.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
We'll need the following information to authorize
your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility
of the customer. If the return is a result of
our error, we'll pay the return shipping cost
once your item is returned, you will receive an
email confirming your return. Products returned
must be in new condition, unused and containing
all original labels and packaging. To return or
exchange an item, just send us an email with your
order number and the reason for the return (item
was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, wrong
size, etc.) and we'll get back too you ASAP.
