Our Delivery Times & Charges
Orders processed before 3pm Mon-Fri
are dispatched the same day
Our delivery times are simple, most products
ordered before 3pm get delivered the very next
day. Delivery to more remote areas may take an
extra day or two.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
Should you choose the option to have your purchase
delivered to an alternative address we will require
at least 24 hours to verify your payment and in
all cases we will contact you by phone. If contact
by phone is not available we may not ship your
order until you contact us yourselves.
Shipping Costs
(UK Mainland Only) £6.99 for all UK orders
(not including highlands of scotland) and subject
to any additional bulky carriage charges.
We will contact you should any additional bulky
carriage charge apply, at which point you will
have the opportunity to cancel the order if you
so wish.
Standard £14.99 charge to: Northern Ireland,
Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands. Channel
Islands, Shetland etc may vary.
Some large weighted orders may require a pallet,
you will be contacted with additional shipping
costs if this happens.
Standard Pallet Costs from £70.00.
All deliveries are made by courier and will need
to be signed for, so if you have a preferred day
for delivery, please make a note of this in the
comments box at checkout.
If no-one is in at time of delivery, they will
leave a card to say that they have tried to deliver.
You can then contact them directly to arrange
a convenient time to re-deliver or to collect
from their depot.
All deliveries must be signed for!
Once delivered, the goods will become your property
and your responsibility and Maxi Audio will not
accept any liability for loss damage or destruction
to the items you purchase from our website. You
will be asked to sign for your goods, on which
you are responsible for checking your items before
you sign. On signing, you are accepting that all
items have been received and in good condition
or what you previously agreed to through our terms
& conditions. If the courier will not wait
for you to check the goods you must notify the
courier company of this. Please be aware that
Maxi Audio does not and will not take any responsibility
for goods that have been signed for in good order
and accepted by you, they become your property
and we are no longer a party to them.
If you cannot check the product(s) when delivered,
you must sign as 'UNCHECKED' . Failure to do so
may affect any warranty you may have in the future.
Back-Order Deliveries
If an item is out of stock, you may still purchase
it by contacting us directly, this reserves your
order from our next available stock and avoids
any further disappointment. You may cancel your
back order at any time, if you choose this option
then we will not be able to gaurantee availability
if all back orders exceed our next available stock.
Once the item is back in stock you will be contacted
to arrange delivery of your goods.
